Website Errors / Faults
Fresh Developer is not responsible for any errors or faults by a 3rd party or by the client with a website/e-commerce website made by Fresh Developer. If the mistake is caused directly by a Fresh Developer employee due to any incompetence then Fresh Developer have an obligation to fix this. Fresh Developer are not under any obligation to pay for any loss of business caused by the fault.

Further Work / Updates
Fresh Developer will charge for any further work, unless otherwise agreed at a rate of £40.00 per hour. This includes the updates of a website. If a client or a 3rd party wishes to update the website then Fresh Developer will not be obliged to provide any updating software or access to content management systems unless otherwise agreed. The client may be required to purchase specialised software to gain access to and utilise certain updating functionalities, including authoring packages and content management systems.

Web Hosting
Fresh Developer offers free hosting which covers the first 12 months of the website going live. After that the price will be £50.00 per year for hosting. If you wish to change providers to another web developer there will be a £50.00 transfer fee.
